Jim had engine issues with his boat, so he connected us with Captain Andy from Broad Horizons. Andy was professional, easy to talk to, and knew what he was doing. Other boats were struggling to find salmon that day, based on the radio traffic. Andy found the bite and got us 4 solid hits. We finished the trip happy, landing two big salmon. Grateful Jim made the call, and we’d fish with Andy again without hesitation.

Captain Jim and Captain Jeff were upfront that the bite was slow when we arrived. Strong winds the day before caused the lake to turn over, and surface temps were sitting in the 50s. They worked hard to stay on fish and found multiple salmon for us. We had a great time on the boat and really enjoyed the trip. Easy recommendation, and we look forward to fishing with them again.

We booked a 6-hour trip with Jim and took my son and nephews out. He got the boys on salmon and brown trout, the biggest fish they’d ever landed. One of them changed his profile photo to the fish picture before we even made it home, which says it all. Jim was a pleasure to spend the day with, and we’d gladly book him again. Thanks for a great morning on the water!

My husband, our two teenage sons, and I spent the afternoon with Captain Jim and Jimmy and it was excellent. They guided the boys through their first salmon trip with patience, encouragement, and clear instruction. The boys landed 7 salmon, several of them big fish they’ll talk about for a long time. We’d absolutely recommend booking a trip with them. Great crew, great memories, and a day well spent on the water.

We had a fantastic day with Captain Jim. He was welcoming, took time to walk our young son through the gear and tackle, and answered every question he had. Once we got moving, he put us on a great brown trout bite and the action stayed steady the entire charter. Despite Hurricane Debby, Capt. Jim and First Mate Jeff did an incredible job getting us on the fish! My two boys and I had an amazing time and came home with a great haul of salmon. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a fantastic time with Captain Jim and Jeff! Our family of four, including two 9-year-olds, enjoyed every moment, and Jim was wonderful with the kids. Although fishing was slow for other charters, Jim got us on two King Salmon and a trout, making it a truly memorable trip. Highly recommend!
